What materials are Dwarven Forge products made from?
Most of our terrain is crafted from Dwarvenite®, a proprietary casting material that is nearly indestructible, heavy, and captures incredible detail while remaining flexible enough to resist chipping.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders for in-stock items are generally processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.
Do you offer painted and unpainted versions of your sets?
Yes, we offer most of our collections in two formats: fully hand-painted by our expert team or unpainted for those who wish to customize their dungeons themselves.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization before shipping items back to our forge.
Are your terrain pieces compatible with standard 28mm miniatures?
Absolutely. Our sets are designed on a 1-inch grid scale, making them perfectly compatible with Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, and most other 25mm-32mm tabletop gaming systems.
How do I clean and maintain my Dwarvenite pieces?
Dwarvenite is very durable. You can clean your pieces using a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or high heat, which could damage the hand-applied paint finish.
